Pay it Forward Society

By pledging a gift of $30,000 or more, the amount of our Truman Scholarship, you join a select group of Friends who have made the choice to reinvest in the Truman community and pay it forward for future Scholars and members of our network. 

By joining Friends as a member of our Pay it Forward Society, you help to ensure that the Harry S. Truman Scholarship will be able to invest in young leaders for years to come. Your pledge can be paid off in any number of installments to best suit you. Many members of our Pay it Forward Society make installments over 3, 5, 10, or 15 years. 

As a member of the Pay it Forward Society, you receive special benefits including invitations to exclusive webinars and events, an invitation to an annual intimate dinner in Washington or another city, and optional public recognition on the Friends website and at Friends events.
