Anthony Vitarelli is General Counsel of Shogun Enterprises Inc. Before joining Shogun, Anthony served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary and Counselor to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He also worked as an attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and as an associate at Covington & Burling. Anthony was a law clerk for Justices David Souter and Stephen Breyer of the Supreme Court of the United States and for Judge Thomas Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Anthony graduated from Yale Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law Journal, and from Duke University.
